Introductions

Hello!

First of all, it’s an honor to be here.

I wanted to take a few minutes to introduce myself in a full post. Hiring an independent consultant can be a daunting task and knowing who you’re working with is of paramount importance. You need to ensure it’s a good fit.

With more than a decade in research program and project management and nearly 15 years in industry, it’s perennially obvious to me how transformative it is to create custom operational solutions tailored to the needs of the situation at hand.

The “situation” may be an organization, a program, a collaboration, or a team – each of these will have their own unique needs and set of circumstances in which they’ll thrive best.

And it’s equally important to remember the needs will evolve over time. Every group operates differently, so what works for Company A won’t necessarily fly at Company B, and when new team members come in, or the data leads you in a new direction, or the financing landscape changes (etc.!), what used to work for Company A in 2023 may no longer serve them in 2025.

A static PMO with established processes can be unifying – or it can be quite limiting, particularly for early-stage research programs.

I’ve witnessed the profound impact when an operational leader truly listens to the team and crafts plans, tools, and communication strategies that allow everyone to thrive. Suddenly, everything works better. People are talking more, ideas are shared, troubleshooting is followed through, measuring progress against goals feels easier, leadership feels more informed, alliances are more powerful, work is done faster, and so on and so forth.

Having seen the difference, I am passionate about providing bespoke solutions that are true value-add. I want to see your program move forward, just like you do.

I come from a science-first background, which helps me prioritize both the nuances of early-stage research programs and navigate the complexities of large post-authorization safety studies. My career experience spans large, medium, and small life sciences companies, providing me with a unique perspective on the distinct needs and challenges of each.

I feel strongly about the value of this work and am enthusiastic about what I do. There is immense satisfaction in offering solutions that empower teams to succeed and bring life-changing therapies to market.
